1953-03-27 2023-01-01Michael David Quillen PE, former Director of Engineering for the City of Clearwater, passed away on New Years Day, Jan. 1, 2023. He was 69. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Michael was born on March 27, 1953 in Logansport, IN to Dr. Robert and Betty Quillen. He attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and finished his Engineering degree from Purdue University in 1977. He moved to St. Augustine, FL in 1983 where he practiced engineering for Tim Gabriel and Assoc. and later became a principle of Quillen, Mills, and Brody. 1952-07-10 2012-02-08Jeffrey "Jeff" Ream, Logansport, died at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis.. Born June 10, 1952, in Knox, he was the son of Norman and the late Carolyn (Dollahan) Ream. On July 2, 1983, he married Carolyn Shepler Benn, who survives. He was born in Logansport, Indiana on January 12, 1952, to Pasquale Rozzi and Dorthy Krathwohl Rozzi. His mother survives.
He was married May 2, 2009, to Cindy Miles, who survives.
Dominic served in the United States Marine Corps from January of 1971 until July of 1973. He retired in 2000 as an assistant chief of the Logansport Fire Department, where he served for 25 years.
